A house of character

It takes its name from the Roman goddess Ceres, goddess of agriculture, harvest (and therefore the grape harvest) and fertility.

This imposing building dates from the beginning of the 19th century. We have renovated it with care, respecting the history of this place while offering modernity and comfort for our guests.

In a bicentenary park with majestic trees, it offers calm, rest and relaxation in the heart of the vineyards.

The swimming pool arriving in 2022 enhances this setting.

Our residence is entirely privatized within the framework of events that you would like to organize.

THE ROOMS :

Each room has its own identity and benefits from all the comfort expected nowadays. They bear the names of the main climats of southern Burgundy and in particular those of the commune of Viré, in the heart of the Viré-Clessé appellation. The two large bedrooms upstairs have large bathrooms and independent toilets, television, air conditioning, wifi, small fridge. The one on the ground floor, which has a more cozy character, benefits in addition to the points already mentioned from a private terrace and the one on the top floor from a superb view of the park, however this one has no television or air conditioning.

CHAPOTIN BEDROOM

This double room (30m2), offers a view across the park on one side, on the vineyards on the other

BRECHEN ROOM

This more intimate double room (20m2) overlooks the patio, and benefits from its private terrace and direct access to the swimming pool (opening end of July 2022, works in progress)
